  • Direct Commercial Shop Delivery: Shipped via national LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers with flatbed liftgate drop-offs directly to your garage floor or loading dock.
  • Residential & Remote Locations: Deliveries to non-commercial addresses or locations without a forklift require a liftgate service request and prior dispatcher confirmation.
  • Dispatch Lead Times: Orders with verified 17-digit VIN clearance are prepped, fluid-drained, crated, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Bill of Lading (BOL) Inspection: The receiving master technician or shop manager MUST inspect the crate and wrapping for external transit impact before signing the driver's BOL.
  • Concealed Damage Protocol: If external damage or broken strapping is visible, write 'Damaged Pending Internal Inspection' on the BOL before signing and notify dispatch immediately.
  • 24-Hour Damage Reporting Window: Shipping damage claims must be submitted to claims@selectparts.com within 24 hours of delivery to process immediate carrier reimbursement.
